Good News! Freight Runners Dispatch is looking for highly motivated sales associates. The role includes prospecting clients looking to establish their own trucking authority, and bringing owner operators and carriers on for dispatch services. Associates will also engage with presenting owner operators opportunities to lease on with our affiliate company. Candidates must be self-starters who are driven to succeed.

Job Requirements

Present and sell company services to new customers

Prospect for new business; e.g. cold calls, leads. A “hunter” for new business opportunities effectively utilizing technology including the internet, email and social media

Be able to communicate all facets of our services to prospective clients

Ability to sell value

Ability to close sales

Ability to adapt to different personality styles

Have a clear understanding of contractual agreements and be able to explain and review agreements with customers
